After enrollment a mandatory parent form must be completed. A $50 non-refundable registration fee is included. All families must review and agree to program policies before the first day.
Program Policy
Hatch 41 Contract: Selected families must agree to and sign a 9-month contract for the Hatch 41 location.
No refunds or prorated fees: No refunds or prorated fees will be given for absences, illness, vacation, suspension, cancellations due to weather, facility issues, school closures, COVID-related closures, unforeseen circumstances, or any other issues beyond The Critical Thinking Child or 530 Scholars and its partners’ control.
Withdrawal policy: If you wish to withdraw your child from the program, a 60-day written advance notification is required. Billing will continue during that time. Signed hold harmless and photo release waivers are required. We do not prorate fees for missed days or early pick-ups.
Fee structure: By upholding our current fee and policies structure, we are able to sustain the program’s effectiveness and provide an equitable experience for all students involved, ensuring they receive the complete educational value we aim to deliver.
Returning Families — Enrollment Priority
Current and returning families receive enrollment priority. To secure your child’s spot for the 2026–2027 school year, all outstanding balances from the previous program year must be paid in full before re-enrollment can be processed.
Once capacity is reached, a waitlist will open. Returning families who have settled their account will be given first access.
