High-Impact Tutoring (HIT) is a proven approach to helping students learn more, faster. Unlike occasional or informal tutoring, it’s structured, consistent, and designed to meet each student where they are — while reinforcing what’s already happening in the classroom.

Virtual Tutoring Service Models
1:4 Small Group
One trained tutor works with four students in a structured virtual session via Zoom, aligned to your pacing guide.
Best for: Grade-level intervention, state assessment prep, high-dosage programs, afterschool academics
1:3 Small Group
A step up in individualized attention. Delivered virtually via Zoom, ideal for students approaching grade level.
Best for: Students approaching grade level, targeted skill-gap remediation, afterschool intervention
One-on-One
Fully individualized virtual instruction via Zoom for students who need the most intensive support.
Best for: Significantly below grade level, IEP/504, severe learning gaps, gifted students, afterschool support
